Kleine Anm.:
“~/.vnc/passwd” muss natürlich erst angelegt werden, bevor man “x11vnc -storepasswd ~/.vnc/passwd” ausführt.

Folgendes ist auch möglich:
vncviewer -via ‘USER@HOST -C -i /path/to/id_file’ localhost
